LOS ANGELES (AP) — Hunter Biden is scheduled to stand trial on federal tax charges in September after a judge on Wednesday granted his request to delay the California trial that had been approaching next month.
U.S. District Judge Mark C. Scarsi agreed to delay the trial until Sept. 5, citing the “needs of the defendant” to prepare for the trial. President Joe Biden’s son is still scheduled to stand trial beginning June 3 onfederal gun charges in a separate case in Delaware.

Cambria Co., PA (WJAC) — A groundbreaking ceremony was held Monday for a Cambria County dog park that's been four years in the making.
The Ebensburg Dog Park is being constructed on borough property near Lake Rowena.
Plans include large and small dog areas, dog drinking stations, benches and pavilions on an acre and a half of land.
Chances will be raffled off for a chance to be the first large and small dog into the new park, and officials say this is just one more great amenity for the area.
