Economic Development Director John Dubnansky said the $24 million downtown project announced in February will target the inclined plane, the train station as well as sidewalks and improvements to Main Street. (STORYFUL) -- Msitu, a 10-year-old reticulated giraffe, gave birth to her third baby on the afternoon of July 6 at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the zoo announced.
